Honeydew honey is derived from the sweet liquid secreted by the leaves or on the surface of oak, linden and other trees, under certain climatic conditions. It is dark to black, with a slightly sweetish taste and special aroma. It is rich in mineral substances. Honeydew honey is one of the strongest natural antibiotics. It contains five times more trace elements than other types of honey. Studies have shown that Mildew Honey contains many free amino acids, more important of which are Aspartic acid, Alanine, Arginine, Cystine, Glycine, Glutamic acid, Histidine, Lysine, Methionine.
